With age, fine motor skills often deteriorate, the hands begin to tremble and sometimes even a tremor sets in. Simple everyday tasks, such as pouring, can then become difficult as bottles can no longer be held properly due to their size and weight and the tremor impairs fine motor skills. Many older people are then dependent on the help of others.

Bibo is a pouring aid designed to give those affected more independence without emphasising their impairment and without looking like an aid.
Any container between 14 cm and 35 cm high can be clamped into the straps and then inserted into the notches in the frame using the crossbar. The bottle can now be tilted along the axis of rotation with little effort. If you are in company and another person wants to pour themselves a drink, they can simply unhook the container and handle.

The small balls at the ends of the cross brace prevent the rod from slipping to the sides. The rotating wheels make it possible to adjust the straps to the respective container and are also suitable for square containers such as tetrapacks and milk cartons. The upper notches on the vertical struts allow the container to be hung one level higher so that wine glasses up to 26 cm high can also be filled. The curved wooden handle sits comfortably in the hand and forms a stabilising bridge between the two straps. As it is 10cm away from the jug, jugs that already have a maximum 8cm protruding handle can also be used.

With a height of 28 cm and a weight of approx. 2.3 kg, Bibo is stable and has a firm stand. The round base forms a solid foundation that prevents tipping and has rubber studs on the underside so that Bibo stays in place during use and does not slip.
The burnished finish gives the steel a dark colour and provides protection against corrosion. Thanks to the narrow struts, Bibo blends stylishly and unobtrusively into the surroundings of the table, so that it no longer looks like an accessory, but like a natural part of the table setting.
